We had a couple touch and go moments -- literally -- when Lil kept trying to touch the artwork and we'd have to tell her that was against the rules. You can see in this photo that the news is not going over so well--she really wants to touch that pristine white wall. But after one trip outside she got it and chanted "no touch, no touch" the rest of the time.

Out and about
Last week when the temperature was due to hit 100 degrees in the city we decided to head north to Beacon, a town on the Hudson about an hour and a half away. They have an incredible museum there, the Dia, that's housed in an old box factory. It's enormous, right on the river, and flooded with natural light. Even Teddy stayed awake for the excitement.
