I think you can tell that it makes her really happy. This is one night she insisted on putting jammies on Alexis' baby (which is what she still calls it, even though now it is technically Lillian's baby) before bed.

Alexis' baby
Alexis is the children's librarian at our local library. She leads the story time that Lil and Pansy go to every week and Lillian is obsessed with her. Alexis has this stuffed baby creature that Lil is particularly enamored of--she would sometimes refuse to leave the library without it, and Alexis was gracious enough to let her take it home a couple of times to nap with and then bring back later in the afternoon. Finally Alexis printed out the page from the website where she bought her baby and my Mom bought Lil an Alexis' baby of her very own.
