Taking it to the streets

We road tripped down to Philly last week to check out the city and see if it might, maybe, perhaps be some place we might want to live sometime in the future. (Answer: Yes. Maybe. We did see some great places for sale we could actually afford, which is always heartening.)

Lil was a great travel companion. Here she is just finishing up eating some squash in the backseat:

And here she is taking a bath in the kitchen sink of the apartment where we stayed:

My camera battery promptly died after our first morning there, so no shots of Lil rapelling down the face of the Liberty Bell. You'll just have to imagine it. :)

In other news, she slept through the night last night!!! 7:40 p.m. until 7:45 a.m., with only some minor squawking around 3:30, which never escalated and which we ignored. The only problem was I was awake all night wondering, when is she gonna wake up??

Congratulations on the uninterrupted sleep! That's major. Hurrah! Also, that sink-bath photo is just about one of the cutest I've ever seen of a kid. She is already looking like a very pretty combo of Mom & Dad!
