Yesterday I went to Lil's school to read a couple of books, then stayed for lunch time. Lil read the books with me, and she was SO EXCITED about it. She definitely got a rush out of being in front of the class and sharing two of her favorite books (Our Animal Friends at Maple Hill Farm, and Yummy Yucky, for the record). Look in the photos, her feet are bouncing and that's a huge smile behind her hand.
It was really fun and a special day. (She even put a star on the calendar on May 3 -- her code for special day.) Next up, Scott wants to go in and give a sculpting demonstration and have the kids follow along with Play Dough. Fun!
