Saturday in the Park

Lil had a ladies' day with me and her aunties Paige and Erika. There was an African music festival in Prospect Park, and it was a phenomenal day -- high of 85, a nice cool breeze in the shade. Lil dressed for the occasion in a dress Paige bought for her in Provence. All she needs is a tiny baguette.

She was all kinds of cuddly...


All in all, she was more interested in all the other attendees than she was with the music. At one point she grabbed bashi and toddled over to our neighbors' blanket. Here she is charming them out of several of their grapes. She starts close, but keeps it fairly reserved:


Then she starts turning on the charm...


Until, boom, she drops the whammy on them. I mean honestly, wouldn't you give her your grapes too?
