All kinds of news to report for this month: Two of her bottom teeth have broken through, she started on solids (so far she loves bananas and avocados, hates apples, and barely tolerates sweet potatoes), seems to have settled into a fairly regularly morning and afternoon nap routine, and has really started to figure out how to use her hands. Where we once used to take her to a restaurant and she'd sit on our lap, pretty much motionless, now she wants to grab the menu, the napkin, my hair. We can hand her the pacifier and she can mostly put it in her own mouth. Her cradle cap is gone and her hair is starting to come in. She rolls over onto her belly. and doesn't completely hate being there. She's turning into a real little person! The larval phase is definitely over. I even packed up all her newborn clothes and the Moses basket and stored them away. Sigh....
